i wrote a job post. in french, entirely in french, for a french speaking role.
fifty english speakers replied.
none of them mentioned it. no "sorry, do you work in english?", straight in, full paragraphs, like the ad had been written for them personally.
then one guy opened with "slm", salam i guess.
another one opened with "la forme ?"
i left the post up. i'd like to say i learned something.
